FEAR IS A REACTION – COURAGE IS A DECISION

Isaiah 56:10
His watchmen are blind, All of them know nothing. All of them are mute dogs unable to bark, Dreamers lying down, who love to slumber…

Judges 7:5-7 THE 300
5 So Gideon took the men down to the water. There the Lord told him, “Separate those who lap the water with their tongues as a dog laps from those who kneel down to drink.” 6 Three hundred of them drank from cupped hands, lapping like dogs. All the rest got down on their knees to drink.

7 The Lord said to Gideon, “With the three hundred men that lapped I will save you and give the Midianites into your hands. Let all the others go home.

Investigations

Actions taken upon formal request of Senior Pastor to inquire and or research concerns, establish facts and provide options for resolution.  Some examples are alleged or suspected church policy and procedure violations, security lapses, current or potential or former employees, misconduct, loss, theft or damage or destruction of property. Internal or external threats, suspicious activities, or an anomaly.

Investigative action taken will be independent, discreet, that must be kept confidential for Senior Pastor only, to protect the integrity of the investigation rights, reputations, dignity and privacy of those involved. From this a report of investigation will be provided to the Senior Pastor for information and actions deemed appropriate. The security of this report and all contents is tantamount.

During the investigation if there is any inference or evidence of criminal violations this investigation will be put on pause and authorities are notified. The Pastor will be briefed periodically on progress of the investigation. Again, secured confidentiality is required, as is full cooperation of those contacted or interviewed including signing of non-disclosure agreements.
