January 2025, Fairfax County. I live here and have reported two separate suspected target surveillance operations well before this report by source, which I have independently vetted. I also assess with HIGH confidence that innumerable churches have experienced these events and did not, did not even notice. Most are soft targets, nationwide. My efforts locally to get support as I have touched in here before were ignored.
