COMMENT: My first grant proposal, 2022, tenaciously completed as twice a retired professional was disapproved, despite layers of justification and two target surveillance reports to PD. DHS needs to drop the struggle and fund related to the threat. They also need to become close and sincere with the churches as the threat is mushrooming, globally and markedly domestic. I’ll leave it at that for now.
